Scalability to index Billions of pages.

Each data node(a pentium 4 ordinary PC) stores 500,000 pages, Lexst SEA allow at most 20,000 nodes running in one cluster.

A Quick search engine

Lexst SEA use unique indexing algorithm, which is 10 times quicker than usual SQL based search engine.

No Single Point Failure

Each data node in Lexst SEA cluster can have one or more standby nodes, they take over the role automatically if any hardware of software failure occurs. A standby node is always trying to keep the data content identical to that in its primary node.


Automatical backup system

Standby node has dual function, which automatically backup the data at a time interval of a few seconds.

Automatical restore system

In one or a few seconds(you set it), standby node can upgrade automatically to a primary node, and the system restores by itself.

Dynamical Expansion

New nodes can be introduced in at runing time. Cost Saving ,Furthermore, LEXST system is cost effective solution, it can run on ordinary PC, no need very professional hardwares. With very little human interference, it saves either labor cost .

Automatical partitioning

When your server hard disk is full or near to the limit, Lexst SEA can automatically partition the data.
